This Japanese Kitsune silk scarf is inspired directly by my personal travels to Japan. On my second visit to the Fushimi Inari Shrine in Kyoto, I photographed one of my favorite Kitsune (fox) statues near the main entrance steps. This little fox, believed to bring good fortune and protection, became the central component of this unique design.
